PEYLAA Phuket — is a premium branded residential complex that will be the first property in the Autograph Collection by Marriott International network in the Asia-Pacific region. The project was developed by a Thai developer Capstone Asset (investment — 3.4 billion baht) and consists of a complex of three 7-story low-rise buildings with 408 residences. The name PEYLAA is a play on words: it combines the Old Thai word “pela” (time) and the Spanish/Italian word “perla” (pearl), which refers to Phuket’s status as the “Pearl of the Andaman Sea”.

One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 45 to 129 m² are available for sale.. All apartments come fully furnished and feature premium finishes: floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, spacious balconies, modern kitchen appliances, digital locks integrated into the security system, soundproofing, and fire suppression systems. The architectural style combines modern tropical design with coastal chic.

A distinctive feature of the project is its spacious courtyard, which occupies approximately 40% of the complex’s total area (more than 3,000 m²), creating a sense of openness and a green oasis. The amenities are impressive: three 25-meter pools, a fitness center with a boxing ring, Pilates and yoga studios, an ice plunge pool, a tennis court, a coworking space, a library, a kids’ club, barbecue areas, and a multipurpose pavilion for private events. A shuttle bus service to nearby locations and professional rental management services have been organized for residents.

Owners receive Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status through 2029, access to the ONVIA Owner Platform, as well as concierge services and amenities on par with a five-star hotel. Construction is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. Sales have already begun; in the first four months, properties worth more than 250 million baht were sold.
