Project description "Sunny Moon"
Sunny Moon is a project where architecture works with two elements at once: the morning sun floods the panoramic windows of the eastern facade, while the sunset is reflected in the swimming pools on the western terraces. Seven floors, a total of 64 residences, each designed so that no window does not look into the neighboring - here still remember that privacy is more expensive than the floor. The finishes are polished travertine, brushed oak and Italian bathroom fixtures, and each bedroom has a separate exit to its own private loggia. This is not just a condominium, but an attempt to keep the scale of a person in the era of high-rise monstrosities.
The location was chosen with an understanding of quiet luxury: a hill between Kata and Karon, from where the beach is five minutes away by shuttle, but you can't hear the noise of tourist vans. Down below is a protected park, and across the street is an international eatery where the menu hasn't been translated into Russian in twenty years. The developer, entering the Phuket market for the first time, has built into the project an annual management company with a guaranteed 8% lease for five years. Sunny Moon is a story about how the real view is not of the sea, but of silence, and it pays dividends.
