Glam Estate

Glam Estate — a boutique developer based in Phuket, founded in 2024 and focused on creating intimate residential projects in the premium segment. The company is led by Dusadee Nawawongparnna, whose career has been in the hospitality industry: his portfolio includes work with The Ritz-Carlton и W Hotels, as well as experience in developing villas as part of Glamster Group. The developer's philosophy is expressed in its motto "Fewer projects, done right" — a focus on quality rather than quantity, which, given the high level of competition among developers in Phuket, is a deliberate niche strategy.

The company's first condominium, 8 Atelier Residence in Bang Tao, sets the standard for Glam Estate’s approach: low-density development, well-thought-out floor plans, and interiors featuring an Indochinese aesthetic. To bring the project to life, the developer enlisted a design studio 88 My Space Design, known for her work on The Pavilions Phuket и Burasari Resort, and the construction partner is PCR Construction. This mix of participants suggests that hotel-quality standards are being applied to the residential sector.
