AURA

Aura - two seven-story buildings inscribed opposite each other with a soft geometry of parallel arcs. The architect did not crush the volume: the curved facades gather light differently than rectangular boxes, and the communal pool is laid out on a central axis between the buildings so that from the lobby it looks as if the water is flowing into the horizon. The 241 residences range from studios to three-bedrooms, and half of them face the sea, even though the coast is almost two kilometers away . This is not the promise of a first line, but an honest job with height and foreshortening: ten percent of the units face directly to the water of their own pool . Inside, there's a Turkish hammam, a Finnish sauna, a co-working space with meeting rooms and a restaurant where you can stay inside the perimeter for weeks .

Developer The One Aura, for whom this project is a debut, has set in concrete a rental pool with a 70/30 formula and has scheduled the keys to be handed over by mid-2026. The location chosen is on the border of Rawai and Chalong: five minutes to the pier, six to Villa Market, three hundred and fifty meters to ISP International School . This is a jurisdiction where the tourist buzz subsides, but you don't have to drive half an hour to anywhere. However, there is a condition that the developer spells out right away: no animals here . Aura is not about forgiving coziness. It is architecture for those who choose silence rather than service, and are ready to give up the right to bark outside the door for the sake of it.
