Seven Seas Le Carnival — is a large-scale resort condominium developed by Universal Group Thailand, located in the Jomtien area of Pattaya. The project includes four residential buildings (two high-rises and two low-rise buildings) ranging from 8 to 28 stories, with approximately 1,500 units, and is scheduled for completion in December 2023.
