The Zero Bang Tao

The Zero Bang Tao - is Phuket's first condominium to completely eliminate the use of single-use plastic, where the Zero Footprint philosophy is embodied in every architectural design. The seven-storey, 85-residential building was designed by London-based developer Zero Developments with a focus on energy efficiency: solar panels generate 77,955 kWh of clean energy annually, while a rainwater harvesting system and heat-proof windows reduce resource consumption. Thanks to these innovations, the project reduces CO₂ emissions by 120,232 kg annually, the equivalent of planting 4,000 trees .

Life in the complex is built around a balance between eco-friendliness and resort comfort. A spacious rooftop with a 25-meter swimming pool, lounge bar and cabanas offers panoramic views of Bang Tao. Amenities include a spa area with sauna, steam room and cryotherapy, state-of-the-art fitness room, co-working space, kids club and underground parking with charging stations for electric cars . Located in Chengthalai, minutes from the beach and the area's main lifestyle centers, the project offers investors a 70/30 rental pool program with projected yields of up to 10-11% per annum. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
