Project description "Villa Suksan Rawai"
Villa Suksan Rawai - Suksan Group started with four villas in 2007 and since then has not chased the scale, but has perfected silence. Here, the architecture obeys feng shui and draught: the windows are arranged so that the wind passes through, the master bedroom is elevated above the living room, forming two separate pavilions, and the pool is melted into the garden so that the water reflects light directly into the interiors. The bathrooms have handmade bathtubs, the roofs are soft sea colors, and there's not a single extra seam. This is not typical square meters, but an attempt to catch the balance, when the house does not argue with the foliage, but blends into it.
Villa Suksan is not about reclusiveness, but about measured privacy eight minutes from Naiharna . The 6,400m² plot accommodates just five villas in the latest phase, each with its own plot geometry and no sense of neighbor over the fence. All pets are allowed here, solar panels work, and the co-working space allows for meetings without having to go into the city. And most importantly, the management company offers a rental pool with a projected yield of 10% . That is that rare case when the villa is designed as a personal retreat with a balinese exhalation, but at the end it also brings money. Without excessive pathos, but with wind in the rooms.
