Indigo II

Indigo II is the second chapter of the Anchan Villas project, where the brand, which has been building the canon of Balinese architecture in Phuket for eighteen years, does not repeat what it has found, but reinterprets its own handwriting. Twenty-four single-storey villas are disconnected by glass planes: bedroom, living room and swimming pool exist in a single optical field without thresholds. Four spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms, high ceilings drawing in tropical air, and a covered pergola by the water - here they have abandoned verticality for horizontality, stairs for silence. This is not a continuation of the first phase, but its architectural antipode.

At the same time, Anchan Villas, whose projects have been repeatedly recognized at the Thailand Property Awards, has not just aesthetics but a working investment mechanism in Indigo II. The Pru Jampha location is ten minutes to Layan, thirteen to Boat Avenue, and just outside the gate is Chengthalai with its maturity and lack of resort hustle and bustle. Professional rental pool, permission for any animals, and a yearly management company that turns the owner's absence into a steady cash flow. Indigo II is a story about how the second attempt is sometimes quieter than the first, but it is in this silence that Anchan remains recognizable: the house here does not argue with the hill, but breathes with it in the same rhythm.
