Punyisa Pachira Project Description
Punyisa Pachira - This is a new level of "one villa for one paradise" philosophy from designer Mary Packamard, who has expanded her signature concept to create just nine residences in an expanse of more than 14 paradises in the hills of Phuket. Here, personal space takes on an absolute scale: the plots reach 3200 m² and the architecture itself becomes a canvas for art . Inside is handcrafted and total design: from high vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams to built-in sculptures, tapestries and water features that Mary designs personally . All furniture and intricate joinery is born in M2 Plus' own factory, transforming each home into not just a dwelling, but a complete statement - a home that the creator herself would want to live in .
Located in the exclusive Mira Valley, the project is nestled between the Kamala Mountains and Bang Nieu Dam Reservoir, surrounded by 20,000 rai of pristine forest. It is a hidden valley of absolute silence, yet world-class infrastructure is within easy reach: an Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, cafes and restaurants at Sandals and Boots Club, and 100 kilometers of nature trails. Sustainability here is not a declaration, but a LEED standard: solar panels, underground cables and respect for every tree. It's only 20 minutes to Lajan Beach, 12 minutes to UWC International School, and the airport is a half-hour drive away, creating a rare balance between total privacy and the comforts of civilization.
